OUR PRICES INCLUDES:
Services that are specified in each itinerary, even train or bus
tickets, transfers to airports, terminals, hotels, touristic
visits and excursions mentioned in the programme, with guides and
entrance tickets.
OUR PRICES DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Extras, personal expenses, disease expenses, airports taxes,
exccess of luggage, transport of dogs or other animals, any
analogue cost, air tickets are not included.
TARIFFS
Our tariffs published anually are valid for this anual period. All
prices indicates in our programs are based in actually costs and
payments should be in US dollars and attached to modifications
without previous advices (When reserves are taken in long term –
These can be presented only by Gubernamental decisions) In the
case of alteration of any of them, the passenger should be the
difference result before start the tour. All tours should be pay
totally before it starts.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations will be reconfirming only by the payment of a sign
deposit, equivalent to 35% of total value of the programme. The
balance should be deposit indefectibly before the tour begins.
CANCELLATIONS
In the case the passenger cancels the trip, befote 30 days of time
limit, will be forced to refund the administrative expenses and
cancellation if it would exist, until 10% of the cost of the trip,
at the maximum in indemnification concept. If the cancellation
occurs between 30 days until 15 days before the trip,
indemnitiatory concept could be until 30% of the total price of
the programme, if the cancellation will occur within 15 days until
03 days before, those indemnitiatory concepts could be until 50%
of the total price and if the cancellations will made within 03
days will charge the 100 % of the total price of the program.
LUGGAGE
The organizer will transport a normal size luggage and a hand
luggage by person. In case there exist the capacity to transport
additional luggage that will not charged to the organizer –local
operator; will transport the excess without any additional cost.
In the other hand should be refund the difference for that concept.
In normal cases, luggages should not exceed a high weight of 30
kg. During the train trip, it will be transport free 30 kg. per
person. By air, the maximun permitted is following the policy of
each air company (Generally 25 kg.)
Luggage and other personal things of the tourist are not a part of
the contract of the agency, whatever be the part of the vehicle
that they are put on and that are transport by the passenger on
his/her own and risk and the organizer do not have the obligation
to respond for the lose or damage of them because the trip.
Especially during trips in public services: Buses, trains, ships,
national or international airlines.
VISA TRANSPORTS AND SANITARY REQUIREMENTS
We will remind to all our clients that is neccesary a valid
passport and they should be assured to follow all the rules and
requirements before you leave your country, so you can enter to
the country(ies) that you will be visit. At the same time it will
be necessary with the sanitary requirements that are valid and
will be required by the time you realized your tour. These
expenses are made by the client. The organizer does not assume the
responsability if is denied the entrance to determined country to
any client, and the expenses will be charge by the client,
following the contract between other persons.
CHANGES OF ITINERARIES AND HOTELS
The organizar can modified the programme at any time; especially
if it is neccesary for the confort and security of the passengers
and also change hotels for another similar ones, and also the
check out time.
REFUND
All claims of refund should be sending to the office within the
following 60 days of ending the tour. The same office in that the
passenger made the contract, will refund him/her if it is
neccesary. We do not refund any amount for no used services by the
passenger. The refunds will be verified according with no used and
cancelled services charges and if justified causes, the organizer
will be forced to cancel the tour, and only we will refund the
actual price of the programe. At any case, claims of refund should
be attached by a guide or local operador staff note that indicate
the no used services and the reasons.
RESPONSABILITY
The organizer explicitly declares that is only an intermediary,
between the travelers and the entities or persons that will
facilitate the services, like transport companies, hotels,
restaurants, etc. Airlines or maritime companies, and also the
rest of companies, will be not responsables for events that may
occur when passengers are not taking our services. The ticket will
be the contract between transport companies and/or the passenger.
