PAT TK 133 - INCA TRAIL - MACHU PICCHU (4 D / 3 N)

Weather: Cold, dry, mild and humid.
Few adventure tours are as spectacular as the Inca Trail tour that
is considered among the most important trekkings in the world,
besides being the most interesting in South America.
NOTE:
The camps
that are indicated here can have variations in their location by
technical questions, and /or according to the supply and demand
with the purpose of a better service.
Day
1: CUSCO / PISCACUCHU /LLULLUCHAPAMPA
Transfer from the train station or by vehicle to the starting
point of Inca Trail that developed between forest of eucalyptus
and beautiful landscapes visiting archeological places, such as:
Q´ente, Pulpituyoc, Patallacta, etc. (L. D.)
Day 2 LLULLUCHAPAMPA / QHAQUICOCHA
Breakfast. This day can be considered the most hard, passing
the Huarmi Wañusqa (4.250 msnm), it have a beautiful panorama
appreciating Wayllabamba and Runcuraccay, that is where continues
the walk to the valley of the river Pacaymayu. Descending and
visit to Sayaqmarca. Until arriving at Chaquicocha, where the
second camp will be done. (B. L. D.)
Day 3 CHAQUICOCHA / WIÑAYWAYNA.
Breakfast. This is the longest portion of the trail, but also
you will appreciated Runcuracay (security control post and ritual
station), Sayaqmarca, consisting of small narrow streets,
religious fountains, backyard and a surrounding protection wall
and finally reacing Puyupatamarca where we will set up the camp.

Day 4 WIÑAY WAYNA / MACHU PICCHU
It is the last carried out for the eyebrow of forest in which
is found Intipunco (Door of the Sun) privileged place where we
will appreciate MACHU PICCHU. Guided excursion to the spectacular
Sacred City of the Incas "Machu Picchu". After the trip through
transfer to Aguas Calientes town. (Lunch by its account) Back to
Cusco. (B.)
OPTIONAL:
One night
aditional in Aguas Calientes town. (town where you can find a
thermal bath and it is located inside the archaeological center
Day 5 MACHU PICCHU / CUSCO.
Breakfast. Free day to visit the thermal baths. You will be
able to enjoy a second visit to the archaeological center or climb
to the Huayna Picchu or to visit the Inca bridge. Back to Cusco.

PAT TK 132 - THE SHORT INCA TRAIL (2 D / 1 N)

The short Inca Trek is made for those tourists who have a short
time to discover a part of the Fascinating inca way and see how
they respected the nature when they built important ceremonial,
military and political centers. Today, you can appreciate
beautiful and easy way while you enjoy of the nature that exists
how the wide variety of orchids, waterfalls and fauna.
Day 1: CUSCO / Km 104/ WIÑAYWAYNA - "Aguas Calientes"
Breakfast in the hotel.
Transfer to the train station, (CHACHABAMBA), starting point to go
to WIÑAYHUAYNA. They will go into a wooded zone with beautiful
waterfalls, spectacular bridges and stoops incas. Lunch. Continued
to Intipunco, place where they appreciate the Sacred city of Machu
Picchu. Descent to Aguas Calientes.
Day 2: AGUAS CALIENTES / MACHU PICCHU / CUSCO
After having breakfast, we will begin our second guided visit to
the archaeological site of Machu Picchu. There is a possibility to
climb the the Huayna Picchu mountain. Free time for lunch. Return
to Cusco.
CHOQUEQUIRAO
Spectacular and distant, solitary and forgotten, Choquequirao born
on the mountain top almost inaccesible in the province of La
Concepcion, department of Cusco. The historic and archeologic
value of Choquequirao "The Golden Cradle", is complemented with
the beauty of its surroundings

astonishing Andean landscapes and see the most beautiful panoramic
views of mountain chains. Furthermore, you will pass through a big
variety of habitats and environments, you will see snow peaked
mountains and will be in the vicinity of the tropical rainforest.

route allows the access to the high andean zones of Cusco with
beautiful and spectacular mountains, beautiful landscapes with
crystallines lakes and small andean towns where native people
survive through agriculture, fishing and weaving. During the tour
to the valley of Lares, you can observe a variety of flora and
fauna in a magical landscape. You can complement this tour
visiting textil artisans who show the process of their works and
visiting archeological centers like Ollantaytambo and Machu Picchu.

RAFTING IN THE URUBAMBA RIVER
All of you can have the opportunity to enjoy a spectacular
adventure to descend by the exciting brave currents of the
Urubamba river in a ship pneumatic has between four and eight crew,

Span: Ollantaytambo – Huayracpunco
Day 1:
Departure from CUSCO to the Sacred Valley to do rafting in the
Urubamba river. Along the journey enjoy the landscape of this
place for approximately 3 hours.
After the lunch and resting, we will return to the city.
