PAT EC 163 - ECOLOGICAL ADVENTURE (4 D / 3 N)  (Read Full Program)

Day 1: IQUITOS / LODGE
Transfer hotel/airport in Lima to board the flight to Iquitos. City tour, transfer to port. Check-in at the lodge. Lunch. Take a walk through the jungle to visit a native tribe. Dinner and take a night ride in a canoe.

Day 2: YANAYACU LODGE
AM. Bird watching tour. Upon return, breakfast and start the trip to the Tambo Yanayacu. Check-in for lodging. Take an ecological walk through the Primary Rainforest visiting "The Kingdom of the Giant trees".

Day 3: BIRD WATCHING /SANCTUARY OF PINK DOLPHINS
AM. Bird watching tour. Upon return, breakfast and tour to visit the Black lagoon with variety of flora and fauna: the Sanctuary of pink dolphins. At Night, dinner and then participate in a night expedition looking for alligators.

Day 4: IQUITOS…
Breakfast. Departure to Iquitos, navigating over the Amazon River. Transfer to the airport to fly back to Lima.

THIS TOUR INCLUDES:
• A sweet and warm welcome with an amazon style and transfers.
• Brief orientation of the city, observing tourist places
• Sailing for 4 hrs through The Amazon River, the containing water…. In the world.
• 2 nights in the Amazon Tambo Lodge, in rustic shared rooms made by native people and its own style of living. The bathrooms are out of the room. Full meals.
• An interesting and mysterious expedition in the evening by canoa (boat) looking for Alligators
• Walk toward the forest in order to observe the Macaw Licks (collpa of Guacamayos a kind of parrots) ries.
• You will observe The Lili Pads (kind of big leaves in the lakes).
• An excursion by boat to other lakes and Natural Sanctuaries of the Pink Dolphins.
• 3 nights in the PACAYA SAMIRIA NATIONAL RESERVE, the biggest in Peru. Stay overnight in the house – The reservations will be done in shared rooms, the bathrooms or outside the room, a protection net from insects. (Capacity 10 paxs). Full meals.
• These days you will enjoy the nature and also, will be able to observe mammals and birds, like: the Ronsoco, The lazy bear (perezozo), alligators, river turtles, Pink dolphins, Manaties, different types of monkeys, there is a chance to do a closer observation the primitive bird that only eats leaves: The Hoatzin, other animals like. The river wolf, the paiche (the biggest fish in sweet water).
• A night excursion by boat in the forest of swamps, where white and black alligators live in.
