Marcahuasi is a unique mountaintop, located 80 KM north east of Lima. It is situated at 4.200 mts. above sea. There are hundreds of illusive shapes that can be seen in rock but, were they caused by natural erosion, or were they carved by the hand of man, as some think and for what reason?".
 
According to a Peruvian archeologist Daniel Ruzo, a previous humanity lived on earth before this one. They were very advanced, able to travel around the world. He has dedicated his life to the study of sacred sites around the world.
 
Marcahuasi is also a famous location for UFO sights and people who lived around say that UFO sights is a normal occurrence here.


Day 1: SAN PEDRO DE CASTA
Departure from Lima. Short visit around the San Pedro de Casta town. After 4 or 5 hours, we will get to our first point in the valley: The “Anfiteatro” and get ready to camp there.


Day 2: SAN PEDRO DE CASTA
The excursion starts on the south side, where you can observe tomb remains and pre-Columbian rooms. Then, we will go to a large tower. Finally, camping in an area called “The Fortress”.

Day 3: BACK TO LIMA
Early in the morning, we will go toward the north way, where we can see some “Chullpas”, The scary Huayllallo God´s Temple” and The Soctakuri´s Temple. Visit The Incas’ head (peca gasha in Quechua). After that, we are going down the mountain to arrive to San Pedro. Finally, return to Lima.
